New here? Start with our menu — full ingredients and nutrition for every recipe. Each container holds nearly 2 lbs of nourishing food.

Thank you so much for your interest in choosing us for your postpartum nourishment!&#xA0; Step 1: Check out our menu which has all of our recipe ingredients and nutritional facts. Each container has almost 2 lbs of food which can be about 1-3 servings of food depending on appetite. <a href="https://restorativeroots.com/pages/menu" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style=" text-decoration: none !important;" id="isPasted">MENU</a> Step 2:&#xA0;Next check out the different package types that we offer and decided if you want to do a pre-set package or build-a-box with custom meals. Same price per meal just depends on if you want to try a little of everything or if you want more of a specific recipe. <a href="https://restorativeroots.com/collections/complete-meal-packages" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style=" text-decoration: none !important;">PACKAGES</a> Step 3:&#xA0;I&apos;d recommend checking to see how much freezer storage you have available. <a href="https://help.restorativeroots.com/en-US/freezer-storage-3724463" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style=" text-decoration: none !important;">How much freezer space do I need?&#xA0;</a> Step 4:&#xA0;We recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks before your due date to allow for any early baby arrivals or unexpected shipping delays/issues. This also gives you time to comfortably unpack and store your meals ahead of baby&#x2019;s arrival - something that&#x2019;s much easier to do before those first sleep-deprived days/weeks. Having that buffer can make a big difference! Once your order ships, delivery typically takes just 2 days. We ship on Tuesdays, with a cutoff of Monday at noon for same-week delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following week.&#xA0;<a href="https://help.restorativeroots.com/en-US/how-does-shipping-delivery-work-3724457" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style=" text-decoration: none !important;">How does shipping/delivery work?</a> Please note that all food is shipped and stored frozen and can last for a very long time in the freezer so there is no need to worry about it spoiling.
