We would LOVE to offer free samples, but the cost of shipping frozen food to your door is just too much. I'd suggest checking the ingredients and reading reviews on the menu page and the packages. If for any reason you're not happy with a meal, we'll refund you its cost. We've never had to do that, but we will if you're unhappy.
