Can I modify the ingredients?Updated a month ago

That question brings us back to the days when we cooked in a three gallon stock pot in our house.  Today we cook with something called a tilt-skillet, which is about the size of your bathtub. That being said, we are unable to modify the ingredients to our recipes. 

If we get multiple requests, we tend to adjust recipes towards the things that are requested most.
