Are frozen meals safe to eat after their ‘Best By’ date?Updated 41 minutes ago

Yes!

According to USDA guidance, frozen foods remain safe to eat indefinitely when kept at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Each package includes a “Best By” date, which indicates the period for when its at its freshest. We typically suggest to consume within 8-12 months as the taste/texture quality may change over time, safety is not affected when properly stored.

After that "best by" date you may notice the veggies aren’t quite as crisp after reheating, but rest assured they’re still perfectly safe to enjoy.
